Although Mike and his team did an excellent job with the initial project, his support and service after has been terrible. A leak began 11 months after the job and Mike will not fix it. First he said it was too wet, then he said his truck was in the shop, then he said my ladder wasn’t tall enough for him, then he agreed to come today and he didn’t even show up.
