We are very happy with our new bathroom. Herb was great to deal with from day one. He provided us with a reasonable quote then actually stuck to that budget. There was zero surprises. Both Herb and Mark were professional, and easy to deal with. They always made sure we were happy every step of the way. They never argued anything we asked for. The team was great with our 3 year old, they respected our home and made sure that everything was clean at the end of each night. I never had to pick up after them or feel like my son could hurt himself on anything. There was one tile that did not sit well on the tub, we mentioned it to Mark and Herb. Mark showed up the next morning and ripped out 6 tiles and replaced them so everything is perfect. We were shocked! great service! they really do go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Even after they got payed they showed up the second we mentioned we wanted something tweaked. we are super happy with their work and would recommend them and plan on rehiring them in the future!
