Thank you for excellent customer service, communication and follow up. The installation service man was thorough and informative, followed by the final touches of the detail crew. There were only minor changes +/- 1-2 days from the original quote, but communication of the delay was excellent. I will surely recommend Dodds to others.

Part two of working with Andy, Elvis and their crews and, once again, the results are great! There was excellent communication throughout the whole project, the timelines were spot on, and we are very pleased with the workmanship on the eaves (Thank you Bobby, Ricardo et all). Now that the whole project (roof, eaves etc) is complete they have definitely earned 5 stars! Thank you everyone, we are completely satisfied.

Having used Room By Room for many projects and renovations, this particular one was more for needing a "change" in the decor. Again and again we are always pleased with the outcome. Heather's ability to put color, fabric, textures, rugs, artwork, you name it together is fantastic for a totally new look! She shows her skills when making old look new and outdated look on trend. She incorporates new items and works with you to stay on budget (that's my weakness). Thank you Room By Room (Heather) for sharing your talents with us again.

From start to finish, Ivica and his team provided us with exceptional, on point service. He saw my vision and helped bring it to life paying attention to all details, answering all questions and even going above and beyond by coming on a day that he should have been off spending time with his family. He was very up front with all details, changes and still managed to have his installation crew here on time (Thanks to Boris and his crew, too). I am not one to give top rating to someone unless they fully deserve it. Fasada deserves it! Also, I would share a photo but there is more exterior work to be done to showcase just how gorgeous these windows look.
