Emailed them on December 24th at 11:30 at night as my oven stopped working that morning and I had to borrow neighbour's oven to cook Christmas eve dinner. Amazed I got a call early Christmas morning and a service call scheduled for December 26th. My oven was totally repaired by 12:30 pm and the technician (Gatjiak) went way out of his way to get replacement parts so it was fixed the same day as the service call.

Velocity did a home-to-home move (3 bedroomm house) for us at the beginning of November 2018. The men worked very efficiently and carefully. Not only did the move go really well on a cold miserable rainy day, the men were happy and friendly making the day a lot less stressful than it otherwise might have been. The cost was very fair and fell within the quoted range. THANKS REMI AND THE GANG!

July 2017 - Sales rep was good and helpful. Went with Reliance as they were a large and reputable firm (and certainly not even close to the cheapest). Installers were sloppy, left debris and some of their supplies behind. Although my home needs some work, where I had done the work, they left gouges and holes in the drywall when removing the furnace. They vented the furnace over the basement window which has rendered it unusable as the venting would direct the exhaust from the furnace back into the basement if the window is opened even slightly. They were called back once to remove a humidifier that was no longer being used but was part of the original furnace and again left a tool behind. The cuts made in the walls and ceiling structure to vent the furnace and are large, sloppy and an eyesore. I will have to have a contractor in to repair and fix the damage done. I would definitely not recommend Reliance to anyone.
