This was the second time we purchased products from Consumers Direct Windows and Doors. This time around we replaced a bay window, bathroom window, front and side doors and we are so pleased with the quality and service we received. The attention to detail was evident from the consultation stage when dealing with David, right to the end after the items were installed. The quality of the finish was great and we especially get comments on the front door, which really makes a statement for the front entrance. I would highly recommend Consumers Direct Windows and Doors and would definitely use them again for future projects.

We had an issue with a determined raccoon pulling up our roof shingles. Boris expertly assessed the situation and provided an action plan in a timely manner to ensure our minds were put at ease.
