Business partners and general managers of this company, they arrived today to clean the ducts and fans of my condo in which I've resided for 3 years. My dryer lint trap was plugged and the dryer fan wasn't connected properly - my only clue was, it took longer to dry clothes - especially towels - than normal. Both John and Glen spent 1 1/2 hours ensuring everything was done properly explaining the process when they completed. Next duct cleaning? Probably in 2 years.
