I hired Ken to rewire a kitchen I was renovating, and he showed up when he said he would, he performed the work in one day, as he said he would, and everything performed correctly when he left. He also made future recommendations to meet the electrical code for smoke detectors, which wasn't part of the original project. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable and his rates were competative. I'm willing to pay a little more for his services, for peace of mind knowing that it is done correctly, to code, the first time.
