I bought brand new condo from Trico Homes and had a terrific experience. It was build on time first of all, which is very important to me!! And upgrades were offered at a Great price and Quality!! During construction period builder sent lots of pictures from the site as the work was completed at diffrent stages, it was very handy and impressive! Overalls Great Experience! Highly recommended!!
