We had a problem with our radiant floor water heating system. We had a great experience booking the appointment with Robyn. Andrew and his team showed up as scheduled. They knew exactly what they were doing. They resolved the issue and the cost was reasonable.

We needed rough-ins done for a freestanding tub and separate shower. Tatiana was very accommodating and scheduled Tom to come in and give us a quote the same day. It was a very competitive quote and we booked them to do the work the next week. Both Yuri and Tom are professional, friendly and thorough. We were very happy with the job. We even had them come back to do some additional work and had the exact same experience.

Very competitive prices. They came on the day they said they would. We live in Cabbagetown so they had to work in tight quarters with lots of overhanging wires. No problems working in those conditions. Cleaned up afterwards really well. We have close neighbors and they made sure their yards were clean as well. Even cleaned up our roof. All the guys were friendly and professional. If I had to nitpick, I wasn't sure what time of the day they would be showing up. Tried calling them to find out so that I could plan my day, but didn't get any answers. But, in the end they showed up the day they said they would.
