To anyone who has a damp or leaking basement. We just had ours done by Benchmark! No more wet basement & guaranteed for life! and I can see why. They put 3 layers of protection on my basement wall and a concrete "curb" on the bottom cauce our basement was drug out and the floor was lowered, for a full basement. We had 3 other quotes for the job. 2 of them told us we needed a sump pump installed. We didn't want that! Then the 3rd one wanted to charge us extra for an engineer because our basement floor was lowered.
