Had hardwood flooring installed in March. Dynasty Flooring provided inaccurate information regarding the care/maintenance of the wood (before and after the installation) and verbally threatened a legal lean on my property before their work was completed. This was inappropriate, stressful and time-consuming. Needless to say, it has not been a pleasant or professional experience as advertised. Furthermore, Dynasty Flooring is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), leaving little recourse when issues arise. I waited over 3 months for them to fix an issue with a section of the floor which remains unresolved; I have now opted to count my loses and walk away, having paid in full for the installation. Not recommended.
