Finally got this company to come in and repair their kitchen cabinets that were installed. After three years they even agreed to waive the $350 fee. Cabinets look much better now but I am still reluctant to recommend them. I do have to give them credit for realizing that their product was inferior and making the effort to correct it.
Posted a review on a kitchen renovation including pictures of the many cracks in the cabinets. Their explanation was that the cracks were due to humidity. Please tell me how to avoid humidity in Canada. Finally was able to get hold of someone at the company after many phone calls went unanswered. They want $350 to come in and put filler in their inferior product after claiming the warranty has run out, although this is contrary to what they promised in the showroom. A warranty is when a company stands behind their product free of charge. Really regret using this company.

Had new kitchen cabinets and counters installed. Was not impressed with the installer. Dropped several of the cabinet doors before installing. Campany had to send another installer to fix many of his mistakes. Many cracks are showing in the doors now. Phoned the company to let them know and they said they would get back to us. Have phoned about this issue twice and still have not heard back from anyone. Definitely not the most reliable company.
