We recently had our basement developed through the Basement Builders and they made the whole process so simple for our family! They came to the home to discuss plans and what our wants/ need were; and they got the quote back to us right away. Once everything was chosen we were able to get started almost right away! The project was estimated right around 10 weeks and everything moved along very nicely. We are in a walkout as well, so it was great being able to have the workers go in and out directly through the basement. We did walk-through at regular intervals during the project to make sure everything was going smoothly. The project was completed a bit ahead of schedule- even during all the chaos of covid! Everything looked so good! It was so nice to see the space transformed into a place we finally want to spend time in! There were a few minor deficiencies that needed to be taken care of- and this is what really made this company stand out for me, as we have been left high and dry by contractors before. The owner personally saw to all of our concerns and quickly arranged having the appropriate trades back and got things wrapped up right away! We are so pleased with our new basement!

We recently stared the process to build in Mahogany and have had such a great experience! From the show home, to the selections and the realistic payment options- everything has been easy and we never felt pressured.
