Contracted TWG for some landscaping & fence repair in summer of 2017. Overall a very happy customer. - I initially called around in Spring, and TWG was one of the few contractors that promptly returned my call. That seems like a small thing, but it sets the tone - The estimate process was easy. Todd came out at an accommodating time, we discussed detail and TWG delivered a detailed quote a day later - The actual work was delayed a bit due to rain, and started when we happened to be on vacation. We communicated with Todd & Tammy through this and there were no issues - The end product is FANTASTIC. The work was done promptly, the team was clean, respectful of the rest of the property, and with quality. Cosmetically, we had not given Todd much direction other than to "make it look good", and they did just that. I spent a bit of time watching the team at work, and you could see from the time they spent that they were genuinely concerned with doing something that looked great, and not just "getting the job done" - Afterwards, there was a small issue with a post that needed to be corrected (not something I would call TWG's fault, more of a miscommunication). Regardless, and more importantly, Todd addressed it with us quickly and was very reasonable about a solution Overall totally satisfied. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend TWG to anyone, and they'll be my first call next time I need something like this.
