Repointing 3 storey brick wall on 1922 townhouse
We called Red Robin Masonry because they were very highly rated on Homestars. Our townhouse was built in the 1920s and the mortar was falling out from between the bricks, and we were getting some flooding as a result. The individuals we spoke with sent someone out right away and they gave us two quotes, one for the entire brick wall and another to address the worst parts to avoid future flooding. We chose to do the entire wall, and we were so glad we did. They two men who came out arrived on time, were extremely courteous, worked very hard and helped us put some drop sheets on our neighbour's decks. They finished on time (2 and a half days) and cleaned our windows afterward! They also cleaned ours and our neighbour's decks so there was no dust left afterward. This is an incredibly professional company, and everyone was so nice to deal with. We had to contact the company a couple of times with some questions and they got back to us right away. I would recommend them to anyone. They were fantastic!
