OCF Review in Pickering

We received quotes from 3 different companies and normally one would be inclined to go with the cheapest but in this case, I just had a gut feeling that Frank was going to deliver quality work and not leave until we were 100% satisfied. When his team began demolition and removal of the existing concrete they discovered multiple layers had to be removed and therefore that portion of the job exceeded Frank's estimate. This was unforeseeable yet Frank stuck to his original quote and did not increase the price. The final result is a beautiful curved patio with contrasting stairs. Frank's advice in color choice was spot on and we were so happy we went with his recommendation of color and stamping pattern. We were not at home for the final 2 days of finishing and were so pleasantly surprised upon our return to find a perfect job and an extra added bonus of sod laid where the grass had been damaged by the excavation equipment even though that was not part of our contract. You might pay a little more by choosing this company but you will find in the long run that he is worth every penny. We are thrilled and can't wait to start decorating with new patio furniture.
