We priced out duct cleaning for our second floor dryer. Constant was responsive, with a competitive price. They showed up on time, did the job well, and were professional and courteous. Will use them again.

This is the second time we have used Bohdan and Leo for an IKEA kitchen. As with our previous time, we are 110% satisfied with the installation and the advice that they provided prior to and during the installation. A couple of pointers: we had a narrow space to fit a kitchen. Most people might think you need a custom kitchen in such a situation. But Bohdan and Leo were able to cut down the depth of the cabinets to maximize space. This is rare among installers. With Bohdan and Leo, it looks custom - it also functions as custom. Second thing, if you are at all unsure about your plan - and the in-store staff can only help you so much - it is worthwhile to pay them for a site visit so that they can look over the plan, do the measurements, clearances, etc. This on-site session goes a long way in making sure your plan is complete and will function for you. In all, they provide an excellent service at the right price! Our kitchen is perfect, thanks to them :)

Mark was extremely helpful and patient, helping us choose the best aesthetic and value-driven package. We ended up going with a floating stair case, glass wall, and wood hand-rail. It looks amazing!! The installation was seamless and the quality is top-notch. We had a delay with the glass, but it wasn't their fault and they gave great customer service as we sorted it out. Our contractor has already used City Stairs on another project, and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

We are so lucky to have found Bohdan and Leo to install our Ikea kitchen this past October. Every day we enjoy our new, streamlined and chic kitchen and we are very conscious that without Bohdan and Leo, it would simply not have happened! Here’s why: in this overheated real estate market, general contractors are turning away legitimate business….and no one we interviewed wanted anything to do with our sad, small (7’x 11’) and poorly laid out galley kitchen. We knew we wanted to redesign our kitchen using Ikea, so we searched Homestars, but a number of Ikea kitchen installers came for a look and saw that we also had to remove tile, move the plumbing, add electrical sockets, etc. and said no way. So we were stuck. No doubt many people are in the same boat, after all if you are going to put in new cabinets and appliances you probably want to change the tile, the flooring, the electrical, and the layout too. We finally found Bohdan and Leo’s page on Homestars and thought, one last try before we give up on our sad kitchen -- and presto, Bohdan and Leo had excellent solutions for every one of our problems. We needed to change our broken floor tile, remove three decades of wall tile, move the electrical and plumbing. Bohdan and Leo were kind enough to share the name of a contractor who came and did excellent work. When that initial prep work was done, Bohdan and Leo came to install the cabinets and some of the appliances, and they were efficient, fun, and their workmanship was superb. It took two work days to complete, including cabinet assembly and installation, all the trim work, cover panels and toe kicks. They even found a way to extend our counters by an extra foot with a “hacked” cabinet! I should also mention that in our 110 year old building, where nothing is straight, they managed to get the cabinetry plumb and level. Finally, I want to mention that they helped us find an excellent countertop dealer/installer, and helped us troubleshoot various problems with the placement of our large double farmhouse sink. In all, in hiring Bohdan and Leo you are not getting a simple Ikea installation, but a great deal of expertise in everything from basic physics (is my sink too heavy for this cabinet?) to aesthetics (do these whites match?) My wife is an architect and knows too well that even with a perfect design, you are reliant on the craftsman to execute the plan. Anyone can buy an Ikea kitchen, but it takes dedication and care to shepherd the project through to a final, and excellent, product. Our new kitchen is absolutely chic and functions like a well-oiled machine, and we have Bohdan and Leo to thank for it! We would hire Bohdan and Leo again in a heartbeat. Do not hesitate to call them if you are contemplating an Ikea kitchen!

Mike did work for us about a 18 months ago. He constructed some closets, built in some custom shelving units and organized a couple trades (etc). Mike's work was top-notch and he was a pleasure to work with. He has a great eye for detail and quality and really understood our aesthetic. We look forward to working with him again!

Dmitriy and Oleg were fantastic. We live in an old building with tiny closets and needed more storage. We figured custom built-ins were too expensive so we bought Ikea cabinetry - three different lines: pax, besta, billy. Dimitry gave us an fair quote, did amazing work and of course honoured the quote. We were thrilled with their workmanship, dilligence and quality. Will work with them again when we re-do our kitchen!
