Initially, our relationship with Home Reno Direct was chilly due to controllable delays on our project attributable to tradesmen allocation. Once brought to their attention, Home Reno Direct took immediate and complete ownership of the issues, and have since employed best-practices to rectify and mitigate the scheduling delays. Home Reno Direct’s owner personally reached out to express his apology and to define next-steps moving forward to keep within schedule. As an aside, It should be noted that the tradespersons employed by Home Reno Direct have accomplished best-in-class workmanship. Punctual, professional and leave the job-site clean. Our project is nearing completion, but to date we would entirely endorse Home Reno Direct for any renovation projects you may be considering.
