Yevhen responded right away to fix our fridge and did so promptly and professionally. He was upfront about the price of a replacement part, showing us the cost directly from the supplier's website. He went to the supplier and came back to our condo the same evening to replace it at the end of a very long day. His service was such a welcome contrast to our recent experience with the dreadful "Appliance Repairman", who is dishonest and untrustworthy (see reviews on this website). We will be calling Yevhen for all of our future appliance issues and I will recommend him to everyone I know.

They were prompt, polite, and totally thorough, did a great job cleaning our white carpet at a fraction of the price another cleaner quoted for off-site cleaning. Would recommend 100%.

If you are a victim and you want to get your money back they will respond to a threat to file a report with Consumer Protection Ontario. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Co-owner Doug (with wife, Kelly) was gracious, accommodating, knowledgeable and uber friendly. After quotes from several other companies, we decided to go with Kandy Flooring because we loved their product and because of their knowledge of condo regulations which the competitors did not have. I had a good feeling we would get exceptional service from them and they didn't disappoint. They completed 3 large balconies and our 600 ft terrace with expertise and expediency. We were hesitant about the grass option, but Doug let us try out a large piece of it , and subsequently we decided to go for it. Are we ever glad we did! the splash of green really adds to the beauty of our terrace. Thanks Doug, Kelly, Joe, Richard, and the rest of the Kandy Team for making our outdoor spaces so beautiful!
