First of all, the customer service from RioStone is phenomenal. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but Martin and Herman helped us to really fine tune our selection in terms of cut and edge finishes. Gil, who came to hand measure the countertop fit was efficient and clearly knew what he was doing and just put his head down and got it done. It was a simple and easy process, always with great communication between myself and Herman. Herman went above and beyond, emailing photos in different lighting to compare pieces of stone for my convenience. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated, and it made me feel confident that the finished product would live up to a high standard. Other companies, I'm sure would have done a good job as well, but for the personal touch and easy process at a competitive price, I would choose RioStone again.

Thanks for your work, Ken! We hung the drywall ourselves (first timers) so there were definitely a lot of errors he and his team had to fix for us. The end result was what we could only have wished to have achieved on our own! We made a great decision trusting Ken to do finish this job for us. The job was tape/mud/sand 2 floors of our home, including a very sketchy diagonal ceiling that was a challenge. Ken was always on time, had a great attitude, and is a hardworking, kind person. From our first meeting with Holden, he was professional and very informative. We needed to take out a structural wall and frame our exterior walls for insulation. His team was punctual and polite, and most importantly, did their work well. Holden kindly answered all our questions thoroughly and made sure that we were happy with the work that was done. The engineer we hired suggested a beam configuration that Holden noticed would be more expensive to execute, and suggested an alternative plan to help us save money. We spoke to the engineer and in the end we got the same result with less money spent to Larcon. It is evident that he takes pride in his trade, and we are happy we could benefit from his knowledge.
