I took the little time I had out of my schedule to drive over there and they were closed for most of the day with a note posted on the door but their hours online and answering machine say otherwise. Next day I go back to make a return and get charged a restocking fee of 25% for tiles that were loose ends.

Sorry for the inconvenience but we unfortunately had a sudden death in the family and closed early that day. We usually do make an effort to notify our customers on our open/close dates.
Regarding the re-stocking fee, it is applied to all non-stocking items and is printed on your receipt upon purchase. We do make an effort in notifying our customers beforehand of any re-stocking charges that may occur.
