They are prompt and very knowledgable and extremely helpful. They also provide excellent service calls. When my washing broke, they came out quickly to take a look. The service fellow gave me a 15 minute window for the call and was at my home promptly. It turned out the machine was too old to service so they arranged for a new one w/in 2 days. Again prompt installation call and it was very refreshing to have such excellent service. My colleagues from work recommended them in the first place and glad I asked. They have a wide variety of appliances.
