The experience with Total Home was great from beginning to end. The office was very prompt with contacting me concerning updates, scheduling and answering any questions I had. Eddy provided a pleasant meeting, offering a competitive quote providing, and reasonable options with no up-selling. Andrii's team came in and did the work quickly, efficiently, with an incredible amount of professionalism! They also did a good job cleaning up when they were done. Will call again for any future work!

My Kitchenaid fridge had an internal leak in the freezer, where water would pool and freeze about once a week on the bottom. Lucas, who was polite and personable, came in and did an amazing and quick job, explaining the issue (one typical for this fridge) and fixing it. From beginning to end, it was a great experience.

To say that I have NO idea what to do when a mouse walk into my living room is an understatement. So, I submitted for an estimate on Home Stars (3rd time - a sure bet every time) and Gancy was very well informed, with the most reasonable priced. He explained things and made me feel very at ease and confident about my mousey friend not coming back! Thank you, Gancy!

Even though I was late by 30 minutes, by the time I got home, Nick had fixed the problem, which included having no access to the garage except by the broken, jammed door. He replaced the cables, lubed the tracks, and reconnected the door. Nice and easy for me! Nick was also professional and personable - I very much appreciate the work done and will call again! Thanks!
