The Crack Dr. Installed an internal drainage system with sump pump in August 2017. It failed in April 2018. Customer service was horrible...the calls were never returned. We had to hire another company to come in to investigate and that company found 3 feet of terror weeping tile not connected....this is why we flooded again..do not use this company! Poor workmanship, and no customer service after. -10

We had a major basement flood! Levon and his partner were professional from the onset. The quote was reasonable, they began work on the date they said they would, explained what they were doing and kept the rest of our house clean. Levon is also highly concerned about the ' integrity' of the work performed and was open to explaining sump pumps, drains eyc. Highly knowledgeable in an understandable form for those who lack expertise in thus type of work. 10++++

Miro did an excellent job! We would highly recommend his services!! He and his helper showed up on time, installed the troughs quickly and we were very happy with the service provided!

My husband and I liked Steve from the moment we met him...he really heard what we needed and we hired Dr Rooter because of him... Alessandro and Dimitri did our basement and worked like Trojans! They did a super job! I give Dr. Rooter 10+....thanks guys!
