This is what you will find on their website: “We are a proud Canadian company committed to providing you with high quality and stylish flooring you can trust” “Our Customer Service Department is staffed by seasoned experts who appreciate the urgency of construction and design-related issues, and can manage any hardwood flooring concern” Look at the picture of my order and judge it yourself They accepted the return of the poor quality hardwood and after 11 days we are still waiting for the replacement. Every day they tell us today you get your hardwood, but nothing in the end of the day and the next day the same. We have to move to our new house in 2 days and we only have sub-floor.
