We had Robin out to install our new gas range last summer, and at the same time we had a line put in for a gas barbecue, which we had not yet purchased. When we finally bought the new barbecue a year had gone by, but Robin not only came right out and installed it for us free of charge, he also helped us carry the new barbecue in and the old one out. He offered quality advice on product purchase and maintenance. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly throughout. High quality work and incredible service. We highly recommend Fireplace West for any gas appliance work you are getting done!
