George was a great salesman so we agreed to have Visage replace our front door and a window. We gave him a deposit May 6/21 with a 6week installation timeframe. 8 weeks later, we called and left several messages. Finally, when I spoke to George he admitted they don't have the door/window. We cancelled at the 9week mark not because of the delay but the fact we weren't contacted at all. We chased them which left a bar taste to the arrangement. We went with Aslan doors. We'll keep you posted.
