Nimi and his crew made everything very simple from the start. Just call and arrange a quote, pick your roof colours and he'll do the rest. He was the best to work with of all the contractors I've dealt with. He does excellent work at the agreed-upon price (which was quite fair btw). No surprises or drama. I wish other contractors would act like he does. Even after a full day of work in the sun, he is patient, agreeable and wants the client to be happy. He communicates as needed and answers any questions. Much appreciated! The crew works efficiently, politely and very unobtrusively, taking pride in everything (not cutting corners, taking initiative to protect roofing/eavestroughes from ladders, small recommendations etc.). And all was cleaned up extremely well afterwards. I would highly recommend Nimi for all roofing work. We chose Landmark Pro Max Def Weathered Wood to match our part yellow/brown/white house and the colour looks great. Our new roof looks excellent in all ways!

Peter came out on very short notice and provided routine maintenance for my boiler and gas fireplace. He spent a good deal of time making sure everything was working well, answering questions and had a great attitude throughout the process. Highly recommended!
