The work that Model Living did was just simply amazing! My home is nearly 40 years old and the kitchen was definitely original and in serious need of an upgrade. I worked with Jeff extensively to make sure I got the kitchen I always wanted. He was very informative, give me options and let me decide. I never felt pressured or like I need to hurry up and move things forward. But most importantly, Jeff was patient. I probably changed my mind on my sink choice at least 5 times but not only did Jeff reassure me that whatever sink I chose would look good, he never made me feel like changing it was a bother. He was great. And when it came to construction, Luciano was just pleasant to work with and patient. There were a number of people who worked on my kitchen and no matter who I met from Model Living, they were all pleasant. The work was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the final result. I've already decided I'm going to call them for my bathroom reno in a few months :)

The folks at Captain Electric was nothing short of amazing! They showed up on time in the morning and kept going until the work was done. Not only did they complete the work as expected but they fixed a number of electrical issues that creep up with an aging home. I will definitely hire Captain Electric for my next project.

Our old AC, furnace, and humidifier always gave us headaches. The guys who installed them 15 years ago really had no idea what they were doing but we obviously didn't know that until we started having trouble. Any repair person who would come to service our HVAC systems would always “Um, who installed this?” or “That’s not right.” pointing to something installed incorrectly. It really bothered me. Needless to say, after years of frustration I started looking to replace it all. I got in touch with Cozy World to replace it all including our 60 gallon water heater rental for a tankless water heater. I'm very particular about how things get installed. I may not be an expert but I really wanted whoever I hire to take pride in their work and do things cleanly and properly. Meeting Fred from Cozy World gave me the confidence that not only does he know what he's doing but his company would be able to satisfy my need for an “highly professional” installation. The team arrived the day of our install shortly after 9am and didn't leave until they were finished close to 10pm. The work they did was nothing short of amazing! They took care of all my concerns, did a fantastic and clean job, and didn't leave any mess after they were done. They took all my old equipment with them and all trash was hauled away. I can’t express how happy I am with the work they did. I hope I don't have to replace my equipment for 20-25 years but when I do, I'll be calling Cozy World again.

Before starting this project, my home had a simple wifi router and a wifi extender. There were a lot of dead zones and weak signal areas which didn't give me the kind of coverage I was looking for. I finally decided I had enough and called Adrian to cable my home with ethernet. I ended up having about 20+ ethernet connections and 6 coax connections (for Rogers in case I switch from Bell) installed. This gave me enough wired connections for gaming and streaming devices and the ability to install 4 access points (two inside, two outside). I knew this might be a lot but Adrian didn't even blink. He was awesome!! I have a finished basement but he was able to fish cables throughout the house, only only making a very small cut for one cable (which he patched). I myself thought there would be a bunch of holes that would need patching but Adrian blew me away. He was always punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Easily the best hire I ever made. I'm beyond satisfied with my setup and Adrian's service and work.
