We bought a 3/4 lite vinyl coated door from QSI. 3yrs later the weather seal started to disintegrate. They came down right away and replaced it no problem No charge.

Archie finished off a renovation by supplying and installing our 42" Kohler vanity c/w enamelled cast iron top and one piece ToTo toilet.They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. The job proved to be too small for several other contractors. It's finally done and we couldn't be happier!

We purchased a leather sofa and chair, and when it arrived there was some damage. We called the salesman, and he said keep the set, he would re-order a new one, and then we would exchange it when the new pieces/repair parts were in. Everything was taken care of...a new sofa, and the chair parts missing, were fixed by a repairman who came to the home. We are very satisfied with the service, and outcome of this purchase!
