Joad and his team were extremely professional and prompt in their work. They arrived each day on time and tried their best not to disrupt our daily lives as little as possible. They kept the job site clean and used drop cloths throughout to protect my hardwood. They also did the work with as minimal damage to my walls as possible making it much easier to patch and repair. We have no concerns with the work and it has been 3 years since it was completed. We have used Joad on a few smaller jobs since. I always recommend him to friends and family.

We purchased new windows and doors for our whole house. Dimitry and Eugene were professional and helpful in helping me to decide the style and colour of the windows. They went the extra mile to ensure that the outside window casings were a perfect match for my stucco. They even came back an additional time with a sample of the vinyl casement to see that it was a match. The windows we chose are Energy Star with low E glass and Argon gas. The installers were prompt and professional and did an excellent job. The final installation looks really fantastic and I have received many compliments from neighbours and family. I received a few quotes before deciding on Visage. They not only had one of the better quotes but I found the sales staff to be professional, not pushy or slimy as some others had been. I would definitely recommend Visage Windows and Doors to my neighbours and friends.
