Tenant’s suite had sewer back up. I used my insurance company, and chose Platinum Pro Claim for both removal of damaged material as well as installation of new material. PPC was not the recommended company by insurance company (smaller than their usual choices), but I stuck with them and was rewarded with quality work. Many companies offer quality work, but are improperly managed. I know that very well because I have seen contractors delay, argue, and/or simply not show up for the jobs (not insurance) that I required them for. One crew kept going to other sites for weeks until I screamed bloody murder. Then they resented me! From the beginning, I got good management. Jared was in regular contact, and when he was away, his assistant continued to do so. I was promised the repairs would take 12 days, and they was done in 10. And it was done right. The flooring manager even came to my place on a Sunday to show samples. Along the way, they discovered my hot water heater needed replacing, and got me a good deal on that. If the crew and management I dealt with are any indication of the whole company, then let me say I would wholeheartedly recommend them. They did it right.
