Seamless service!!! phoned Moe he answered the phone set the appointment next day. Showed up while I was at work fixed the machine. Called me to explain scope of work and completion. Offered pictures of broken parts and advice on maintaining operating machine in future. Payment by phone on credit card. Fair price fantastic experience no stress. Highly recommend.

He did not try to upsell at all, just clearly outlined what needed to be done to fix the problem and the solution options available to do so. He and his crew were on time, on budget (the number above includes taxes), with no surprises and have excellent workmanship. Mario went above and beyond to satisfy a difficult tenant situation which was truly appreciated. He and his crew were accomodating, and put safety first- ensuring the deep holes were filled in before leaving the site due to neighbourhood kids.
