We had the exterior pebble dash of our house, pressure washed and then painted. Great job! The painter took care to tape all the windows and light fittings. He did a great job filling any holes and prepping the house for spraying. He removed any downspouts and replaced them after he was done. Never met the painter as we were at work so happy that he was able to just get on and get the job done without trying to take short cuts.

DO NOT GO NEAR THESE COWBOYS! Troy from North Shore Home Services Ltd will rip you off, hire unskilled workmen, cause more damage than good and then threaten you with legal action if you do not pay. We had asked North Shore Home Services to redo our siding in August 2017, after 8 weeks of very little work and what work had been done was poor at best. We finally spoke with the workmen onsite and it turns out Troy had hired them off Craigslist and they had never worked with siding or Hardie Plank before. Even admitted that they were making it up as they went along. Troy had no interest in justifying his actions or trying to resolve the problem, instead said we were “irritating” and “micromanaging” his work.

Matt is a very competent electrician, throughout the process he has proven to be reliable, on time and more importantly on budget. It can be challenging at times to get Matt to commit to a quote but once he does he's usually pretty spot on if not under. If you have thought through the details and know how you want then I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Matt - having worked with a dozen or so tradesmen over this renovation project his honesty, quality of work and reliability were fantastic.
