The process took about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Definitely faster than my husband and I struggling with belts and motor mounting.

Wow! Amazing customer service - JP is their secret sauce - he sets the tone. I already felt better after speaking with him. We contacted Drainworks for a leaky pipe at 8:00am. They had a two man crew out to complete the repair by 1:00pm and I received a call about 20 minutes before they arrived. Jim and Luke made quick work of the problem - they replaced the leaky pipe and valves. The price was different than what they quoted over the phone but given the rapid response and hassle-free work, I am glad the problem is resolved. The picture attached shows the leaky joint they had to replace - we removed the drywall and vent.

I almost got caught by using a same day service guy, that asked me no questions about my problem, make or model of washer but a guy could be at my house in 1.5 hrs. Imagine, what a useless exercise that would have been. Instead, Rick asked about my problem, requested the make and model of the washer. I called Christmas Eve, they came Friday morning at 11:00. They confirmed the issue, got the part from the car, and were out before noon. Washer was finally spinning again. They even left me the broken part and replaced with a reinforced one. Transparency, honesty and trustworthy. That is what business is made on.
