Had a mat cut specifically to fit a poster that I left with the frame store. Although I chose one of their standard mats, it still took 6 weeks to get it cut because they had to send it to their "factory" in Tennessee. The factory didn't cut to the outline of the poster, yet the unhelpful sales woman wouldn't recognize the problem nor would she refund any of the money she had demanded I pay in advance. It was time consuming, expensive, and frustrating -- all of the things you want to avoid in a purchase!
