Very poor service. They added parts to my invoice after I questioned the high charges to justify higher costs but did not replace parts. I paid $90.00 to clean my machine and it took 6 weeks to get the service done. Shame on Anthony's for not being honest and transparent!

Hi Jman, sorry you feel this way. As stated on another forum for our Toronto store, it seems odd we would have added parts to an invoice without having replaced them. In almost 20 years of service, that has and never will be a business practice for us. Maybe there was a misunderstanding. Our technicians keep (when physically possible) replaced parts with the unit so our customer can see them. Our maintenance service typically ranges between 1-2 weeks. We have had busier times (especially during the holidays) when service timelines have reached up to 4 weeks, however, we do communicate what the current wait time is at drop off.
