Wow. We hired Birkan and The Right Guys for a deck project - to fully prep, sand, and stain our deck. Birkan was professional and committed from the start. He'd recommended a brand of stain for our deck and we agreed. We went ahead with the work. When it was finished, both the quality and colour failed to live up to our expectations. Birkan and the Right Guys team agreed - it wasn't the standard they were used to from this manufacturer. Birkan escalated with the manufacturer, and it turns out that they had changed the formula mid-season and it wasn't of the same quality. He got us a refund, purchased new stain, and redid our deck to utmost satisfaction. He was in constant communication with us throughout the process. He was honest and committed. Excellent work - the housekeeping team does whatever it takes to ensure that our entire condo is cleaned perfectly, including making the bed. We highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs. :) UPDATING MY REVIEW: they go above and beyond when cleaning. Normally they do additional services (oven, etc) but today they outdid even that. We're moving and we asked them to come and do a final clean of our condo before we left. When we moved yesterday, we weren't able to move several things (one bathroom still unpacked, some kitchen small appliances and cabinets, etc). They not only cleaned our condo spotless - good for the buyer! - but they packed up everything that we had left undone. It was a huge surprise and made a stressful move so much better for us. Highly highly recommended!

Tom was the epitome of what a knowledgeable, organized, courteous, and thorough professional should be.
