I made a mistake of trusting this company and getting them to clean my ducts at my house. They first came in my house and went to my HVAC system then called me over and up saled by saying I need all my units cleaned otherwise having the ducts cleaned would be pointless. It does make sense and I agreed to it. But they did not care about me as a customer. They were just looking to finished the job as fast as they could and hardly did any cleaning. They stuck a vacuum nozzle up my vents that didn't even go in deep (which u could have done myself with my vacuum at home). They said they would clean my dryer vent, which they DID NOT. They made a mess with the wall that was left all over the floor and worst of all they left without even putting the filter back into my HVAC system. When I brought it up to the owner, he demanded i pay another $120 for technicians to go over the job properly which they were supposed to do in the first place when I already paid $440! When I said I shouldn't have to, he ignored me and didn't care about keeping me satisfied as a customer. Very bad customer service as well. I will not recommended this company to any of my friends or family which they could have made repeat customers with if they did business properly and please don't make the mistake I did by calling this company for any services. I took the time to write this to help others.
