We had a fantastic experience working with Mario and his team. We found them to be very reliable, efficient, skilled and just generally great to work with. You can tell Mario genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to be happy with the work. He always goes well out of his way to find solutions that you'll like and he will re-do things if he thinks they could be done better. We had him demo a kitchen in our basement, and knock out a wall to connect two rooms and create a large gym room. The final result is my dream gym and I could not be happier about it. We'll definitely be using MGH again in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

We couldn't be happier with the experience we had with NewRidge. To give some context, we'd used another company that was recommended to us by our designer (despite our sense they were fishy). Long story short, they made a total mess out of the hardwood in our family room, living room, and dining room. After a horrific two weeks, we eventually reached a settlement for them to just go away. We we're somewhat traumatized by that experience, so when we set out to find a team to fix them, I reviewed many companies and spoke to several in-depth. NewRidge immediately rose to the top for their professionalism, responsiveness and expertise. Right from my initial inquiry, Scott was extremely helpful and responsive. Recognizing that we wanted to resolve the situation quickly, he dispatched Lory to come out and have a look and talk me through our options right away. She was able to explain step-by-step what had been done wrong the first time and how they would correct it in the future. She was smart, factual and didn't over-promise anything. Our conversation left me feeling educated about the process and confident that I could choose her team. The process from there was fantastic. Lory and her team were extremely skilled and they communicated every step of the way to ensure we were going to be happy with the end result. They were also very considerate of our home and even finished ahead of schedule. And most importantly, the end result was fantastic—exactly what we had set out to achieve. This experience was the polar opposite of our original nightmare experience with the other company. I won't go into how bad that was, but I'll just say that we were SO grateful and appreciative of how amazing Lory's team was, particularly after seeing how bad the process can be if not done right. Don't mess around with a job this big. NewRidge's reviews are great for a reason. Go with these guys and you'll be happy you did in the end. Thank you Scott, Lory and team for bailing us out of a mess and helping us achieve the amazing new floors we always wanted.

I had an awesome experience with these guys—so much that I felt compelled to review them on this site. I had two fantastic reps come out to my place, Ian and Will. They were super professional, incredibly helpful and just great guys overall. We had a ton of stuff to clean out after a move and some light renos, and they did a spectacular tetris job to fit just about everything into their truck (it probably should have been two truck loads). It was amazing. They really went above and beyond to be helpful and walk me through everything and make me feel comfortable with my options. They were also extremely careful and respectful when moving large things around in my house. I'd recommend this service to anyone. And special shout out to Ian and Will for being awesome dudes.
