every year lumber liquidators has a clearance / overstock event, you have to know when they are and arrive early enough to have a greater choice of this great deal, I choose 3/4" hardwood floor at 1.35 a linear foot, the only downside to the product I chose was that you have to buy extra due to imperfections- which turned into the upside of the project, the floor looks great and no one can tell the difference between my floor and a "custom" floor that costs over $9.- a linear foot. If I ever get another hardwood floor it will be here (even if I won lottery)
