Look no further, Williams HVAC is the best there is in Calgary! Every step of the process was handled expertly and courteously from the initial quote request right through to the in home estimate and installation. I was blown away by the knowledge of the team both on the sales side (Don Snow) and the Installation crew (their names escape me). After a detailed home assessment, we were presented with three options to choose from. We were given some guidance that ended up saving us money without sacrificing on the performance of the unit. Shortly after we had made our decision, the installation was booked and they were fantastic at accommodating our quick turnaround. On the day of the installation, I was notified that the unit we had selected was not available from the manufacturer but rather than pushing our install date out until such time as the units became available, Williams ended up providing us with the upgraded unit for the same price! The Installation team went above and beyond on the day of installation to make sure that I was happy and they even changed a bunch of Furnace exhaust piping at no charge to me because it was not up to code anymore! On top of it all and as if my experience alone isn't enough to convince you to use these guys, they also offer the longest and most comprehensive warranty of all providers in the city and also have the most competitive emergency hours rates in the city.
