In my addition I had a stacked washer dryer set and a staircase going to my basement that was an eyesore. Within 24 hours of initial contact I had an estimate and the job started a day later. Serge provided an incredible client experience from start to finish. First, he was very quick to come to the premises and provide me with an estimate/quotation (within 48 hours of initial inquiry). Second, he provided a very detailed quotation and design consultation with me about what all of my options were in terms of posts, caps, colour, etc. providing suggestions and guidance about decisions. Third, he ordered the materials from the manufacturer directly right after I confirmed with him advising of a 4 week timeline. I provided a $500 deposit and it took only a mere 2 weeks (or less). We arranged a one-day installation. Everything was done within a 7 hour timeframe and was very clean/courteous. I would recommend Serge to anyone who is looking to install or replace handrails no matter how big or small the job. The pricing was very competitive and the service was quick and painless. I wish every interaction was so easy. I should also note that my house is on a very busy street downtown Toronto and I received no complaints about noise or mess. Disposal of my old rails was included in the price, where competitors were requiring a $200 disposal fee.
