I recently had Boardwalk Wood floors re-finish my engineered hardwoods on the main floor. I called them up because I had used them in the past to install engineered hardwoods in my den and have been really happy with the quality of the product and the job. (I was in crisis because I had tried to do the refinish job myself and had failed, miserably.) Tom, in spite of a very busy schedule, came the same day as I called to look at my disaster and assured me they were savable. Because of my dogs (the reason they needed refinishing in the first place), he advised to go with a super hard commercial product in a satin fnish. The floors are simply amazing!! Beyond our expectations and definitely even better than when first installed new (by another company). They look rich in color (brazilian cherry), smooth and warm. I definitely recommend Tom and Boardwalk floors. Kelly F
