So happy we found and hired Pinnacle to make our home even more than we envisioned it could be. We were in need of some cosmetic updates as well as creating a bathroom with a roll in shower. We thought we'd have to use the existing hall bath but the day Paul came for a walk through his expert mind seen the opportunity to add an entire ensuite in the long master bedroom. He had very knowledgable crews who were experts in their trades and stayed on a very precise schedule which I had access to view online. His entire team was so great to deal with from the designer to the shop where I picked my tiles & countertops. Could not recommend this group enough to take after all the upgrade needs in your home without missing any details.

Had these guys come out for the back fence with RV gate in the fall then back in the spring to finish the sides and couldn't be happier! It looks amazing and is done so solid and secure. Would for sure recommend them for any vinyl fence needs!!

Have used Protech for 3 major items in our home and couldn't be happier!! They are so professional and gave us the best quotes for each item we requested. We had in floor heating ran through our back garage and they installed the boiler. Then a 2nd garage blower heater both 2 years ago. The price for both these heaters was as much as other places quoted for just the boiler! Last November we had them come do a gas fireplace upstairs by running a gas line from the basement and it saved us through the cold winter! My husband built the surround and we love it. The reception lady was always great to deal with and very prompt at responding. 100% will recommend to anyone!

I booked an item to be picked up Feb 11 and was quoted 10-15 days with winter conditions which I was totally okay with. On Feb 27 I called to get an update after no one was replying to emails and it was still sitting in Ontario and I was never informed. This is 16 days later. I continued calling for updates then it FINALLY left Ontario to Calgary on March 6!!!! Almost a month after the day it was picked up. I talked to several different people for answers and said I want a discounted price from the $500 for waiting so long. They agreed until the delivery guy shows up today March 16!!! and theres no discount. He called the office and asked and all they said was take of 5%!!!! $45!! My husband then spoke on the phone and they would only budge to $70 off! Horrible service and never straight forward with their answers. Do not trust them with your money.
