We chose Sprague for the advantage of one stop service. In doing the repair to the top of our chimney, they mismatched the bricks, and changed the shape of the chimney. When I complained the office manager came out and was speechless. They did redo the work they did, restoring the original shape, but the bricks are still glaringly different. Within two years the roofing and flashing around the chimney leaked and we needed to have more work done, and repair the ceiling below. The reroofing of the house included replacing the roof shingles on a small overhang at the front door. They used roofing nails that are so long that they stick out of the wood framing on the underside of the wood structure. I got a shrug of the shoulders in reponse to my complaints.
