Damp and disappointed in Toronto

When we receive the used appliance it had a large dent but shrugged it off ,but that was just the beginning of the issues. The the discharge pump stopped causing flooding. Week later they replaced the whole unit , then the dryer wouldn't dry the close fully. It was a fight to have then return but the problem still remains. Regards Damp and disappointed
