Helped us fixed a leak in our AC over the phone
We have a leak in our basement. We had a contractor and a plumber look at it and were unable to determine the source of the leak. Our AC shut off and Rick was able to talk me through the process of determining the leak over the phone. We have a working AC and no more water leaking from our AC unit. Saved us a lot of time, money and aggrevation!
