The service in the store was very nice. The furniture delivery and setup was another story. It took about 3 months for the furniture we ordered to be delivere, and it arrived staggered. The dining room table arrived broken, and we didn't even know about it until the men setting it up left! They just have noticed it (one of the legs was cracked pretty severely). We luckily purchased insurance, because otherwise Bob's would have told us we were out of luck! Although everything appears to be ok now, we probably won't shop at Bob's again. You get what you pay for.
