its over between BMS and me !!!!! NOW HOW DO I GET THIS CREW BACK. Thinking that a re pipe of the building was going to be a nightmare was totally the opposite. They started out with many information meetings so us owners knew what to expect. Everything was laid out for you beforehand so there would be no surprises. I still did not believe they could pull this off in such a large strata building. Much to my surprise and some minor hitches along the way, our building no longer leaks. The crew that BMS sent were professional and went above and beyond to make us owners comfortable with the work that was needed. If we had a complaint about something that was either missed or not exactly the way we understood it, there onsite foremen were quick to respond and deal with any issues before they got out of hand or lost in the shuffle. Coming to the close of the project, I was happy to see that this company went above and beyond to communicate with all of us owners to make sure they were signing off on a happy note. Thanks BMS for being such a super company and fixing our building. You will be missed not by only me but also the building.
